The educational philosophy at Eisenhower is to provide our residents with the absolute best clinical experience we can provide within the constructs of what is realistic within our means. In that vein, the faculty review the curriculum annually in a spring planning conference that welcomes both faculty and resident suggestions for improvements. Our residency director does not settle for the status quo and has been known to complete revamp a rotation if it is not providing the best experience for our residents.
