To better serve you, Prescription Requests Forms ("Pink Card") may now be submitted via e-mail or printed/dropped off. Disclaimer: Please note that non-government e-mail is not secure and there is a risk your information could be compromised if sent from a personal e-mail. For any ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTIONS from off-post providers: Please fill out the attached form and e-mail it to: usarmy.gordon.medcom-eamc.list.pinkcard@mail.mil

 

For any HARD COPY PRESCRIPTIONS from off-post providers: The hard copy prescription will need to be dropped off to be processed. Please fill out AND print the attached prescription request form. Both the Prescription Request Form and hard copy prescription will need to be dropped off at the pharmacy drive-through Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. They may also be dropped off at the hospital security check-point (next to Starbucks) anytime (24/7).

 

For both options, the turnaround time will be as follows:

- If submitted BEFORE noon, the medication(s) will be ready for pick up the same business day. Pharmacy will notify you once your medication is ready. Please wait for a phone call before returning to the Pharmacy. If you do not receive a phone call, the medication(s) will be ready for pick-up the next business day during regular pharmacy drive-through hours.

 

- If submitted AFTER noon, the medication(s) will be ready the next business day during regular pharmacy drive-through hours.

 

Pharmacy drive-through hours: Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Please note, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority so we may need to close early if there is any inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Full service pharmacy that processes new computer generated prescriptions written at any MTF provider in Eisenhower Army Medical Center (EAMC)
  • New prescriptions written for formulary medications from civilian providers outside of EAMC
  • Electronic prescriptions submitted by civilian providers outside of EAMC (See below **)
  • Self-Care medications
  • Prescription transfer requests (please allow up to 3 business days to have these completed)
  • Refill pick-up from the Scriptcenter Machine (Temporarily down until further notice)
 
**Until further notice, electronic prescriptions submitted by civilian providers outside of EAMC will be done at the main hospital pharmacy
